Anveo® API offers a number of API actions designed to help you integrate your in-house application and systems with Anveo's communication platform.

Account API

|
ACCOUNT.GETBALANCE - Get account balance.
|
|
|
Call API
|
|
DIAL.CALLFLOW - Dial a phone number and initiate custom Anveo® Call Flow. Multiple Call Flow Variables can be passed into the Call Flow to achieve powerful integration capabilities. Additionally, you can specify custom CallerID and delay the phone call if needed.
DIAL.CONNECT - Dial 2 phone numbers and join the parties called together. A number of configuration options are available including a custom CallerID and Delay. DIAL.CONNECT API Action is similar to initiating Anveo's Web Call.
DIAL.CANCEL - Cancel a previously scheduled DIAL.CALLFLOW or DIAL.CONNECT API Request.
DIAL.GETSTATUS - Get call progress information (calling, hangup and so on) for a previously initiated DIAL.CALLFLOW or DIAL.CONNECT API Request.
DIAL.CALLFLOW.GETRESULT - Get Call Flow Result for previously initiated DIAL.CALLFLOW API Request. RESULT Call Control should be used to set CALL FLOW RESULT.
