A new Nested IF/Case Call Control was added. The new call control simplifies the Call Flow design when Anveo Call Flow Variable needs to be compared against multiple values. No more nesting 'IF' call controls since the same result can be achieved using a single 'Nested IF/Case' Call Control.

As requested by Anveo customers 'Voicemail PRO' and 'Contact Check' Call Flow Controls get a new set of features which offer more options and provide greater flexibility. 'Voicemail PRO' now supports custom audio prompts which replace Anveo's audio prompts which allows you create a new voicemail interaction experience in any language. 'Contact Check' Call Control now sets 'First name' and 'Last Name' Call Flow variables which can be used to personalize call experience and caller's First and Last names can be used in audio messages like 'Hello John Smith'.

Anveo® is pleased to announce that we have completed our infrastructure upgrade and as of today our Rapid Voice Delivery Network has full support for handling incoming FAXes. Phone numbers in Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, El Salvador, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Norway, Spain and UK can now receive incoming faxes! More countries with FAX capabilities will be added soon.
