New Dynamic Blacklist feature
Although the blacklist was always part of the Anveo system, the new Dynamic Blacklist feature allows users to add a caller to the blacklist during a call by simply pressing *7. When someone puts a number to the blacklist with *7, a notification email is sent to the main account holder, giving him/her the option to remove the phone number from the blacklist if needed. The *7 blacklist option is configurable on the Transfer (General tab), SIP Phone (Advanced tab), and SIP Queue (Advanced tab) Call Flow Widgets. The Dynamic Blacklist feature is now included in the Starter, Professional and Business Subscription Packages free of charge.

We are pleased to announce a new Paging feature. Make one-way announcements from any desk phone through multiple desk phones and/or overhead paging devices part of a paging group. A paging group is designed to provide communications coverage in certain areas of a building or office. Networking Infrastructure Update
[July 16 2014 2:00 PM EST] we've opened a new, much anticipated, POP (Point of Presence) in Asia-Pacific region. The new POP has sip.ap.anveo.com name and it was added to meet growing demand from Anveo user base in the Asia Pacific region. The new POP is located in IBM's datacenter in Hong Kong which has excellent networking connectivity across the region and thus significantly improves service response time for Anveo users in that region.

[June 16 2014 2:00 PM EST] We have released another service update which includes a number of new features and updates to existing ones. Anveo API Anveo API now supports Anveo Whitelabel/Reseller platform SMS/Texting in US Direct SMS/Texting from Anveo US numbers is now open and covers all cellular networks in US with correct SMS Sender ID delivery. SMS/Texting from our Canadian phone numbers will be opened shortly. Outgoing SMS rate within US was lowered from 4.4 cent per message to just 1 cent per message. Depending on the subscription package SMS Messages can be sent/received using Email, SIP, web portal and HTTP API. Caller ID Name TRANSFER Call Flow item was updated to support Canadian CALLER ID NAME pass-through when forwarding a call to another phone number. Voicemail Call Flow item Voicemail Call Flow item now supports selecting Voicemail Box from sub-accounts. Extensions Calls to a default extension number assigned to a sub-account now handled via internal call flow and not answered calls are now sent to the default Voicemail box configured for the sub-account.

We are pleased to start offering CallerID Name/CNAM Storage (aka 'Outbound CNAM') in US and CallerID Name pass-through in Canada (aka 'Canadian Cnam'). 'CNAM Storage' (aka 'Outbound CNAM') in USCallerID Name/CNAM Storage service allows Anveo users to register CNAM entries in a central database for Local US phone numbers. CNAM Storage in US is available on Personal Unlimited or Office Unlimited phone numbers free of charge. 'Canadian CNAM'Anveo now utilizes CallerID Name information obtained from incoming call in Canada (when it is available). SIP Status Alerts enhancement Anveo can now also notify SIP Status is recovered! Email for a sub-account Sub-accounts can now be created using the same email address as the main account. Low Balance Notification Alert Business customers might have a different person who handles accounts payable and by many requests Anveo Low Balance Notification Alert now has configurable email address. Configurable Early Media support Each user now has an option to select if Anveo should generate an artificial ringing tone or they prefer Early Media from the carrier. 'SMS to SIP' and 'SIP to SMS' updates SMS over SIP feature now allows customers to select a sub-account which needs to receive SMS over SIP without moving the phone number into that sub-account. Now centralized DID management is easier than before. Improved User/sub-account Management A new 'Memo' field was added to online portal and to Anveo API. The new field allows customers to keep track and store any internal reference information about a sub-account. 'Memo' field is only visible to the parent account. Anveo Voicemail was enhanced and it now supports '*' key to remotely change Voicemail greeting message and '#' key can be used to skip Voicemail greeting playback.

Google Contacts Integration.
We are pleased to announce that Anveo Business Phone System now offers Google Contacts integration. With Google Contacts integration Anveo users can easily customize their business phone systems using Visual IVR Call Flow to automatically lookup and retrieve caller's details from Google Contacts. Incoming calls can be routed based on the Google Contacts details (such as Google Contact Group membership). Also, a new Google Contact can be created with incoming caller details if no Google Contact details were found.

Transfer Call Flow Control gets a new set of features. - Mobile VM Guard - Prevent mobile voicemail from taking a call.
- Independent configuration. Ring Duration, CallerID, CallerID Name, Call Announcement and Call Confirmation options can be configured separately for each Ring Destination.
- Limit Call Duration - configurable maximum call duration.

Anveo Call Flow Integrations
Anveo Call Flow was updated to provide HTTP integration with external IT systems. Now Anveo can automatically notify a third party IT system when a call flow instance is created and/or ended. Call Flow START Call Control now has 'On Start' and 'On End' HTTP callback URL configurations which will be used by Anveo when Call Flow instance is created/ended. HTTP Callback URLs can contain Call Flow variables. A new CALLFLOW.INSTANCE.KEY Call Flow variable was introduced which contains a value uniquely identifying a particular call flow instance.

Anveo Call Recorder
Anveo Call Recorder was updated. In addition to FTP and Amazon S3 storage Anveo can automatically email call recordings. Another update includes an additional audio encoding option (Mp3 32Kbs) designed for smallest audiofile size needs.

Flexible Point Of Presence configuration
We have enhanced our Rapid Voice Delivery Network infrastructure. With the new enhancements Anveo phone numbers can be independently configured to use a specific Anveo's Point Of Presence (POP) while maintaining 'Floating' channels utilization across all Anveo POPs.

Email To FAX
Anveo Online Faxing gets a new 'Email to FAX' feature. Any document in DOC, PDF, TXT, XML, TXT or JPG format can be emailed to a special email address with a destination phone number in the subject line and Anveo will take care of the rest to deliver it as FAX. Email to FAX feature is available for the Starter subscription and up.

Active Calls Dashboard
We are pleased to announce the release of 'Active Calls Dashboard' feature. 'Active Calls Dashboard' is a unique feature to view all calls (both incoming and outgoing calls regardless of how they were made; SIP device, Anveo Communicator, web call etc.) for your account and all sub-accounts real time. 'Active Calls Dashboard' also allows secretly Listen/Monitor any active call and End/Terminate a call if necessary. 'Active Calls Dashboard' feature is available for all subscription packages, however, only subscribers to the Business plan are able to use 'Listen' and 'Terminate Call' features. To use 'Active Calls Dashboard' the latest version of Anveo Communicator is required (free).
