Can I port an existing phone number to Anveo?
We can port an existing phone number to Anveo in 30 countries.
You will be able to port in phone numbers from the above countries as long as the area code is covered by Anveo Phone Numbers coverage. A check will be made by our LNP department following the submission of the number you wish to port. Porting in Sweden is only available to users holding a valid Swedish organization number or a Swedish social security number.
How can I port a phone number?
To port the number you need to download Porting Authorization Form from link and send completed form back to lnp@anveo.com along with a copy of the latest invoice from your existing provider. In some special cases when Invoice does not list a phone number or provider does not send invoices then a screenshot of provider's portal can be used. However, it will be up to the carrier to accept or decline such request.
How much to port a phone number?

What about the FREE porting option for US and Canada?
You can port a phone number in US or Canada to Anveo free of charge. The phone number must be ported to 'Personal Unlimited' or 'Office Unlimited' rate plans with 12 month pre-payment.
How long will it take to port a number?
On average it takes 3-5 weeks to port a number. Sometimes it may take longer. We do our best to expedite porting process, however, the porting process depends on other parties involved such as our carrier, losing carrier and your provider.
Can I pay you more to have my phone number ported faster?
No, there is not much we can do to accelerate porting process.
It is 4 weeks and my number is not ported yet. Please do something!
There is no way we can force the losing carrier to accept porting and set a switch day. The only option is be patient and let carriers do their job and port a number.
When can I cancel my service with existing provider?
You must maintain an active service with your existing provider while porting is in progress. Moreover, we suggest you do not make any changes in service during the porting. You can cancel the service after the number is successfully ported to Anveo.
Will I be able to receive SMS/Text Messages on my number after it is ported to Anveo?
A phone number ported to Anveo in USA, Canada or UK it be SMS enabled and thus capable of receiving SMS/Text Messages. Please note that SMS provisioning takes additional 5 business days after the number is ported to Anveo.
Can I cancel an active porting request?
Yes, a porting request can be canceled. However, there will be no refund of porting fee. Moreover, you may be subject to an additional fees in case Anveo incurred any costs associated with the porting request cancellation.
