Lookup Caller's Details

Google Contacts integration allows Anveo users to customize their business phone systems using Visual IVR Call Flow and automatically lookup and retrieve caller's details from Google Contacts.

Advanced Call Handling

Incoming calls can be routed based on the Google Contacts details (such as Google Contact Group membership) plus a new Google Contact can be created with incoming caller details. Google Contacts integration also allows creation of more business centric IVRs. For example playback a personalized greeting message using Anveo's Premium Text to Speech or include additional caller details in the voicemail email notification message etc.
